filetypes.common
But I think, the background below the folding lines and markers used to be gray, no matter what the editor background, and my lines were black all along. So the folding line and marker background seems to have changed, but I of course can change both with the margin_folding variable.

I upgraded to 0.19 and my code folding markers (the little plus or minus signs in the circle, along with the vertical line connecting them) are gone. Or in other words, I use a custom green-on-black color scheme. The markers used to be gray, but apparently they are black now..
