I don't expect bigger problems, so it should be a short outage, mainly because of DNS caches (server IP will change). In preparation I already reduced the TTL of the domains, so updates should go quickly, I hope.
I'll post again once everything is up and running again.
A little later than planned, I moved all the data and started the services on the new server. So far, everything went fine.
It might happen that some DNS servers didn't flush their cache yet for the domains but in general everything should be and running again.
