I mean the console window appear and disappear 0.1 second after and I can not see any output.
I think the console window should remain open.
The python program only has one print line ( print "Hello world" ).

Ok, if that works, your path should be set properly. What do you mean by "little while" exactly? Does it produce output?

When I run a Python program cmd window appears only for a little while.
