Hello,
After an update today, I tried to compile geany (r1309), but it failed. The problem appears in the configure script:
andy@shannara:~/Programming/Projects/geany$ ./configure checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking whether build environment is sane... yes checking for gawk... no checking for mawk... mawk checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes checking for style of include used by make... GNU checking for gcc... gcc checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables See `config.log' for more details. andy@shannara:~/Programming/Projects/geany$ gcc --version gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-21) Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
