Hello Everyone,
There's a translation bug in zh_TW.
The word "Initial:" in Template preferences should be "開發人員縮寫:" (which means "abbreviated from developer's name") instead of "初始人 員:" (the person who initialed this program).
I had also corrected a few other translation bugs and completed those few untranslated items.
I'm a Geany user for a while but newly here. Please correct me if I made any mistake, thanks a lot!

Looks finde. I've added it to git. Maybe you can rerun with with ./waf updatepo or make update-po to get new strings inside.

I download the zh_TW.po from http://i18n.geany.org/ and translate it. Would be glad if there's anything I can help. May I know how I can do it?
I'm using Ubuntu and my Geany is installed from the PPA.
