In komodo you have code blocks highlighted with an horizontal dotted line as shown in the attached image. Is there anything like that in geany?
I find very useful for long blocks. Thank you

I don't see no horizontal dotted line on the image, are you talking about the vertical dots, "indentation guides"?
If yes, yes it's available in Geany ans is called "indentation guides", and the setting is in edit->preferences->editor->display->show indentation guides
