Hi I like geany so much that I'm preparing a Polish translation for it. Enough of joking:) What I would really like geany to have is some better way argument prompting(when you write some common function and you get the list of required arguments in the form of a tooltip) is handled. So far it disappears after the first argument is given and there is no way to bring it back somehow. E.g. in Dreamweaver you could make it reappear after pressing Ctrl+Spacebar. It might be a task for some distant future, but I'd like to know your opinion on it.
Best regards, Jacek Wolszczak

;-). Thank you for your translation. I talked to Frank regarding your crashes. Did you get a backtrace?

try Alt+Space. In the future, Geany probably knows at which argument in the list the cursor is and will highlight it. But bringing up the calltip again is already possible. Default is Alt+Space.

P.S.: you posted with another email address as you are registered to the list, just as a reminder for the next time ;-).

Thanks. It does work, but I had to change it to some other combination, because under metacity L_ALT+SPACEBAR opens window's menu. R_ALT + SPACEBAR works though.
As to backtrace. Geany hasn't hung up for a long time. Maybe closing/running the program while compiling translation file caused the problem.

Therefore you now can change the keys ;-) But are there other window manager which uses this key combination, so a change would be useful.

Ok, if it happens again, a backtrace would be useful.
