Dear list,
I use templates for my websites and have called them .tpl (as in TemPLate).
I copied filetype_extensions.conf to ~/.geany/filedefs and changed the HTML definition to read: HTML=*.htm;*.html;*.shtml;*.hta;*.htd;*.htt;*.cfm;*.tpl;
.tpl's are still unformatted until I manually set the file type to HTML in the Geany interface.
My bad or buggy?
Cheers!

Putting it in ~/.geany/ should help.
