Just a minor nit. Under Edit --> Format, it seems backward (to me) to use Ctrl-u to change selection to lowercase instead of *u*ppercase. Were Ctrl-u and Shift-Ctrl-u accidentally reversed?

Maybe if you think it as Ctrl-u and Ctrl-U, it start making more sense?

Well, I don't think we should change this. The current keybindings are the same as used in SciTE. I don't know what other editors have set but we are using these values since the feature exist, so why confusing users with inverting the values?

It's not a feature I use a lot. I just saw it, and it seemed odd, so I thought I'd mention it and see if maybe it was just an oversight to have the key combos in that order.
Haven't looked into what other editors use for those functions.
