I created a new SVN binary for Windows.

You can download it as usual at: http://files.uvena.de/geany/geany_svn_win32.zip

Beside many changes mentioned in the ChangeLog, it contains a fix for wrong file changed detection on Windows which prevents file has changed dialogs shortly after saving a file.
