Possible bug: on my system, although Ctrl-[ and Ctrl-] move up- and down-by-paragraph, I'd expect that holding down the Shift key with them would allow me to select paragraphs-at-a-time, but it doesn't work. I've tried it with all combinations of both Shift and Ctrl keys but no joy.
(Caveat: I'm using a kinda' fancy programmable keyboard, using the dvorak layout, but that's never been an issue in the past.)

Although it's in the docs, it doesn't work. The appendix is taken from the SciTE documentation, and FWIW the select paragraph doesn't work in SciTE on GTK either ;-) I expect the problem is the difference between the way Windows and GTK+ handle the shift modifier.
