None that I know of, and Scintilla[1] doesn't seem to have a specific lexer for it.

However, the language doesn't look too strange at first glance, and maybe the Python or Ruby (or other) lexers could work. Look at the documentation on how to create a custom filetype: https://www.geany.org/manual/current/index.html#custom-filetypes
