Hi anyone aware if there's anything specific required to get plugins working on 64 bit machines? I have a couple of folks trying to compile on 64 bit but it crashes straight way as the plugin loads, unfortunately i can't test it.
Any ideas? (apart from shoddy code from me!)
Thx

Not really - can they get a backtrace? I'm not familiar with 64-bit code really, but can't it be built with just 32-bit support?

Do you mean plugins in general or is there are problem with some specific plugin? I don't have any problems with plugins. I'm using 64-bit version of Ubuntu 7.04

Thanks for the reply, we actually sorted it out on one of the machines, it was an LDFLAGS issue on gentoo.
Thanks
