What I now want to accomplish is to have the BASH script activate my choices

If someone can point me to this information, It will be greatly appreciated.
In geany.conf [plugins] section active_plugins= list. Best to activate plugins in Geany, close geany and then copy that line with "some other editor" (yes yes I know nothing is as good, but its only the one line :)
