In case you mean http://newsletter.geany.org/newsletters.php, this wasn't listed until I merged the stuff to the website branch, but is fixed since Sunday. I've just added the Vol. 4 release on the wiki page as well:

I guess we should note down some doings (maybe on exactly that wiki page?) what has to be done when a newsletter is released.. :)
