I have started translating Geany to Estonian. It is up on my Github fork: https://github.com/andreasots/geany/blob/master/po/et.po. Currenly 278 strings are translated, 2 are fuzzy and 961 are not translated.

I've merged some to geany/master branch. Will keep an eye on your branch. Thanks for starting.
