Attached is a patch. As well as fixing the error on line 59, I fixed a general problem with bullet lists, changed the version to match the latest version in the changelog, and a few other minor changes.
Dammid. Right after I've tagged the 1.23.0 Version of plugins... Anyway. Will fix it upstream. Tahks for reporting and patch.

The release date snuck up on me. I was really surprised to see the announcement of Geany's release this morning. But these changes (more coming) can be in 1.24 or whatever.
