It would be great to get a little more testing on this, especially with Waf and Windows.
@Enrico When you get back from your visit or whenever you have time, could update the GTK+ (and friends) documentation on geany.org?

Works with Waf on Linux in my case. Compiles fine, runs fine.

Compiling with waf and basic usage works fine on Xubuntu 11.10.
