Hum, good catch. It seems to be due to the recent change not to update the parent objects when updating in real-time (r5642), to fix performance issues with geanyprj plugin (which adds lots of workspace tags IIRC).

I'll revert this change for now, and will try to find out why it's happening exactly, and how we could fix this.
