Agree, we probably shouldn't allow 'Dismiss'.
I guess call it "Cancel" as it currently is then.
Yeah, "Stop bugging me I know the buffer is out of sync with the file on disk and I wish to keep editing the buffer without this stupid infobar in my way" is just too long to fit on a button :)
