Can you give some more detail on what the plugin is indented to do and how it will work?
Having a quick look at the code, it should be obvious this is an implementation of a tree based filebrowser plugin (though I knew before since Enzo talked to me on IRC :D).
It's not ready yet but I guess Enzo will continue working on it to make it better and usable.
