Bookmarks has no prefs UI because its keybindings are not programable
IIRC, its hard coded to ctrl+shift+number to set bookmarks, and
ctrl+number to go to bookmark.  Which is also why it competes with any
other plugin that wants to use those bindings.

But running by itself it does work for me.
