You probably don't have Xterm on Macos, do you?

You could change the terminal under `Edit->Preferences->Tools->Terminal` 
or you can use the builtin terminal by ticking 
`Edit->Preferences->Terminal->Execute program in the VTE` as well as 
`Don't use run script`.
