[Geany] two issues with 1.22

Although the problem disappeared for some time, it came back again.
And only after disabling the GeanyNumberedBookmark did the problem
disappear for good (or so it seems): the load markers thingy and the
WM icon. It might make a difference that the plugins that I use are
not yet 1.22.
