[Geany] Tag highlighting

It won't change anything. This is not supported.
Not sure what Manish was talking about. But highlighting whole tags is
not supported in Geany. However, if someone wants to write a patch,
that's welcome as usual.

What Geany supports so far is highlighting usual braces and brackets
('{' '(' '{' '[') and also the less/greather than characters ('<', '>')
however to get the latter ones highlighted, you need to set
"brace_match_ltgt" to true in the config file.
But this is not really what you are looking for.
