What about:

Alt-Ins and Alt-Del

or

Alt-Shift-PgUp and Alt-Shift-PgDn

or

Alt-Ctrl-PgUp and Alt-Ctrl-PgDn

Any preference? I'm more inclined to the second but no strong preference.
