[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Make "Geany is a small and ..." translatable (#2093)

Ok i dont know what the best way to do it is.
Maybe add the strings translations in the po files is best so its the same place.
Its nicer when things are translated rather when partly translated.
Like the stuff the users seens at first like when finding and installation.
