[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Make "Geany is a small and ..." translatable (#2093)

I'm not a po-spurt, but I don't think you can just add strings to it that don't exist somewhere.  @frlan ?

And anyway I don't think we should add something we don't create, like I said Geany is GTK (ie 2 and 3), but that particular distro message says GTK3 only, plus, although most of the words match the README, there are other differences.
