[Geany] Open slooooow on Win7

Couldn't reproduce the issue on my win7 system (though I don't have any drive letters mapped, but do have "network places" that show up on the My Computer screen).

But I did change the open/save dialog to the windows ones since I like the win7 ones better than the gtk ones for a windows computer. :)

Maybe an issue with the "startup path" setting (default dir for open/save)? Maybe the blank/default of current working directory is causing some querying/timeout to occur?

I have plenty of Network pathes mapped, BUT

- There is no reason why Geany should look at them (because if I have a file
open in drive C:, and click on open, I will get a new open dialogue on drive
C: again - no need for Geany to look elsewhere).

- The other network drives are connected (and can be accessed quickly from
other Windows applications)

Indeed, this helped! Thanks a lot!!!

Not hidden! It can be configured using the preferences!
