[Geany] Open slooooow on Win7

I have plenty of Network pathes mapped, BUT

- There is no reason why Geany should look at them (because if I have a file
open in drive C:, and click on open, I will get a new open dialogue on drive
C: again - no need for Geany to look elsewhere).

- The other network drives are connected (and can be accessed quickly from
other Windows applications)
