[Geany] Geany newsletter - proposal to allow comments

What does everyone think about allowing the newsletter's readers the
option of making comments about specific issues on the web versions?
There's a "free" service named Disqus - disqus.com - which makes it
easy to add this service to static web pages. Sometimes people like to
respond directly rather than having to quote content via a mailing
list.

I'm just putting the idea out there for others to comment on. :)  I
honestly don't mind if we do or don't provide this option.
