[Geany] A few notes about Geany Newsletter

Is there any special things to be done to generate the Newsletter? Or is
it enough to generate it via the "usual" LaTeX tools like pdflatex and
so on? Maybe it would be useful to add something like a README file in
the Git repository, since potential contributors surely want to know how
to preview their changes. :)
