[Geany] Max open files?

Aha, interesting!

On my laptop geany -v gives me;
Geany 0.18.1, GTK+ 2.18.9, GLib 2.22.5 

This is on a Gentoo linux (~arch). 

I have an older Geany on the other computer, but it acts the same. 
(also Gentoo, but amd64)
