[Geany] Can I autocomplete words other than symbols?

Yo, maybe, Though I'd say generating the list on document save would be
enough, similar to the tags update. But as I said, I don't mind much
about this as I won't use this feature at all (probably :D).

Maybe it's even possible to always generate the list live, on demand.
But this just needs testing, once someone has implemented it.
