[Geany] Custom Templates and Saving

Not really intended.
In the SVN version it's even worse, it only asks where to save the file
if you don't use any template, otherwise it saves the file in the
current working directory (which is in your case your home directory).

I'll fix this once I have time to. Thanks for reporting.
