Not yet.
But it seems you have the same problem as described in
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=787791&aid=2818608&group_id=153444

Could you add a note to this report stating that it also happens with
other GTK apps on Windows? Thanks.

Did you search the GTK bugzilla for maybe already open reports about
this issue? If not, I suggest to do it and in case you won't find
existing reports, add one. If it's a GTK issue, it should be fixed in
GTK.
