[Geany] nightly builds tags in html files not working?

Ok, tested and verified:
it's broken on the nightly builds but works fine on natively compiled
builds. So, it's a minor issue especially since Geany 0.17 will be
released soon (probably this weekend).

I'll have a look whether I can fix the cross-compiled builds wrt this
issue but I won't spend much time on it, sorry.
