[Geany] change view whitespace character and toogle view whitespace button

see filetypes.common. There is a setting 'white_space' and it can
change the foreground and background colour of shown whitespace.
So you can give the dots a darker foreground colour. Unfortunately, you
can't make them bold but maybe using a darker colour is enough.
