There are keybindings to toggle the sidebar and message window - see 
the View menu heading. Or do you mean default keybindings for these?

There are shortcuts for switching to Scribble and VTE message window 
tabs. Would Compiler and Messages shortcuts get used much?

For the sidebar, do you use the keyboard to navigate items in it? I 
assumed everyone just used the mouse, and clicking on the tab first 
wouldn't be more effort than pressing a keybinding.
