[Geany] Problem running Python with Geany for Windows

I checked the execute command and that's the same as yours. I'm pretty
sure my Python paths are set up correctly as I can run Python from the
command line. It seems to be a problem with not being able to start
the Windows command shell. Do I need Cygwin or something installed?
Does Geany produce a log output?
