[Geany] New Plugin: Export as HTML and LaTeX

Hi,

just for your interest: there is a new plugin(SVN r1811) to export the
current document as HTML or LaTeX. HTML is working quite fine(with the
usual amount of bugs ;-)).
The generated LaTeX code is far away from being good but I'll improve it
sometime. Patches are welcome.
