No, the parser is from the tagmanager project, which is based on
Exuberant Ctags (http://ctags.sourceforge.net/). Perhaps there were
some patches on the mailing list of ctags, but right now the search
function of Sourceforge is offline ;-(
It seems, that ctags isn't developed anymore.
