Hm... Looks like the bug is still reproducable. Now if I open Geany with the bottom (terminal, console, markdown, etc) panel closed, the CPU load will be high. But the load goes away just after opening that panel. After hiding the panel CPU load still remains low.

Previous time when I thought that the bug is gone - it looks like I was opening Geany with that panel being already open.
