[Github-comments] [geany] Minor highlighting issues in C and Python (#748)

@codbrainz thats what I said on the ML, problem is that stdbool.h defines
them with a macro, not a typedef so they don't get highlighted.  Since the
standard says they should be types I would sort of argue that stdbool.h is
wrong, but I doubt it will be changed for us.
