[Geany-devel] Newsletter: Issue 4 to be released soon

Hi folks, 

Again about two month passed by and a new issue of the newsletter is
right on the way to get reach finish line. I'm targeting upcoming
weekend or early next week for release. 
Well, if you like to add something, a couple of days are still left to
send us your content for the newsletter.
