In the Documents sidebar, only one level of folding of directories is present. Imagine I execute the following shell commands:
mkdir -p dirroot/dir1 touch dirroot/dir1/file1.c mkdir -p dirroot/dir2 touch dirroot/dir2/file2.c
Then the 'tree' command will display this as:
`.└── dirroot` `....├── dir1` `....│ └── file1.c` `....└── dir2` `........└── file2.c`
The Documents sidebar of Geany however does the graphical equivalent of:
`.└── dirroot/dir1` `........└── file1.c` `.└── dirroot/dir2` `........└── file2.c`
Is is possible to implements this recursively also in Geany?
The idea of the current arrangement is to only use one line for the path irrespective of how deep it is.
The document sidebar is a list of the open files, its not a file manager, so it does not seem worthwhile wasting lines on the paths.
But if somebody submitted a well written pull request to add an option to show paths with one line per level it probably would be accepted.
