For applications which need to send data to the child not constantly, but only from time to time, possibly after sending some startup data. Does not close the channel when stdin_cb exits, letting you ref it and create send sources as needed.

I agree that the "find" button should be the default.
An alternative would be something similar to TextWrangler on Mac OS X: search wraps automatically, but a visual warning is given when the search wraps. TextWrangler flashes a large icon over the editor window. Even something as simple as flashing the window border might be very effective.

Bash allows more characters besides `[[:alnum:]_]` when declaring
function names using the `function` keyword. It also does not require
having a pair of parentheses after the name. Some shells may actually
implement it differently but we don't have to be that strict since the
user explicitly specifies the `function` keyword anyway.
This update implements the one described above, and also invalidates
function names that are completely made up of digits.

I'm assuming there's some kind of collision with Forth. Even if I add a custom filetype for Forth as well, nothing I do allows F# to become a language. I can add my own languages fine, if they don't end in .fs.
Interestingly, it sort of adds F#, but it puts it under it's own category, "Fs file"
![Problem](https://i.imgur.com/5wLw9Xy.png)
As you can see, I made up my own language "Hasklel" which gets categorized just fine, they're even the same config file, just renamed. But F# is still treated as "Fs file". It's under the Programming category, same with "Hasklel", but it's still like this.

Update bookmark list also on any line changes in the document
In addition to updating the bookmark list on document notebook tab change
and adding/removing line markers, also rebuild the bookmark list
when the text in the document changes with lines added or deleted.
Should fix SF bugs 129 and 39.
This implements some ideas mentioned in the above bug reports like updating the bookmark list
in an idle callback. Additionally, the list store is detach from the GtkTreeView to increase performance on big bookmark lists.
Maybe it is still worth to add a refresh button (or rather a context menu item to refresh) but I would try it without at first.
There is one issue left: if the `Transpose current line` feature is used, the bookmarks don't update. But this is not a problem in the plugin but rather in either Geany or Scintilla as the marker also stays at the "old" line. This should be managed separately.

If I enter the filename with a trailing space (such as "mycode.cpp "), then Geany will create a file with the trailing space. Should the trailing spaces not be trimmed?
