Geany 2.0 has been working great until just now. When I use the Build menu, or manually use the built-in terminal, to run `make`, I get the following type errors:

AuthorView.java:120: error: unmappable character for encoding ASCII
JRadioButtonMenuItem spanishMenuItem = new JRadioButtonMenuItem("Espa??ol");
`
When I open my own terminal, the Makefile runs fine and I get my artifacts as expected. Geany recognizes the file as UTF-8 and I do have the `ñ` in there as it should be.
Could some kind soul tell me what I managed to break?

I accidentally ran a command that messed up the icon system for me.
Now because of this, I would like Geany to have the ability to limit the size of GUI icons.

These are the values in the /var/lib/dpkg/alternatives. But, the **/usr/bin/sensible-browser** never selects Firefox. Only either of the chrome based browsers, regardless of the assigned values.

Using Geany on Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 testing system. The underscore character does not show up. Work fine in gedit, etc.

I am a Chromium based browsers developer using Geany and CScope, so I open a lot of files in Geany.
I am proposing the features, which are vital for me:
- the fast search and the scrolling by keyboard in the Documents and Symbols tabs;
- put the document, activated by the click on the sidebar, to the forward and back navigations.

And sometimes, it could crash Windows, too. The reason is Geany has to parse it for symbols. Is there a setting to disable this behavior?

I have modified **InkPot** theme to suit my own nightshifts. Been using it for a long time. Compatible with all Geany versions. Here is screenshot with php, js, css and darkspook.conf buffers.
Would like to add it, but I am not a collaborator ..

Need at editing an uncompressed PDF file but suddenly geany seems simply as ignoring is completely i.e. cannot open that uncompressed PDF file
