HACKING says Glib 2.28, configure.ac says 2.32. Since configure.ac wins, HACKING should be updated.

No matter what I do, Geany won't highlight any .INO syntax! I tried copying (geany root)/data/filetypes.cpp to filetypes.ino (.INO syntax is about the same as .CPP syntax). No luck. I need .INO syntax highlighting! Can someone help me?

I use geany 2.9 as editor for python 3.5.2 Anaconda 4.1.1 build
Unfortunately, quotation marks are not recognized(both single and double). Therefore I cannot type a string.
I also tested with geany 2.8 but had same issue.
I use windows 7 64
