[Geany-Users] Windows test builds for upcoming Geany 1.38

Hi,

as you might have heard, the next release Geany 1.38 is on its way.

Beginning with this release, Geany on Windows will be built for 64bit
only and with GTK3.

We assume that it will work alright, here is a pre-release build from
current GIT master for those who are curious and want to test it:
